Overview
It is a training that contributes to the reinforcement of the knowledge and skills of professionals with responsibilities in various domains and sectors of territorial management, from the local to the regional scale.

Objectives

  • Strengthening resilience and the ability to adapt to risks related to climate change and the intensification of natural disasters
  • Identification and adoption of appropriate strategies and solutions for effective planning and management, in the face of climate change and the intensification of natural disasters
  • Integration of strategies and measures related to adaptation and mitigation to climate change, in policies and instruments for planning and managing the territory
  • Strengthening of human, individual and institutional capacity to respond to impacts and early warning of changes resulting from climate change
  • Communication with individuals and society about the changing world, and the pressing need to adopt new attitudes and solutions that contribute to mitigating and adapting to climate change

Tuition and Fees 2022/2023

National Students: 750 Euros

International Students*: 1500 Euros

Application Fee: 50 Euros

Registration Fee and School Insurance: 150 Euros

Note: The  tuition of this course can be paid in 10 installments, being the first at the time of registration and the remaining in the months of October, November, December, January, February, March, April, May and June.

* in accordance with Decree-Law No. 36/2014, changed by Decree-Law No.62/2018, of 6th August, international students are nationals of a country which is not a Member State of the European Union and are not a legally resident in Portugal for more than 2 uninterrupted years by 1st of January of the enrolment year
