Financial and Patrimonial

The Financial and Patrimonial Services department exercises its competences in the areas of financial, budgetary, patrimonial management, internal control, as well as in the scope of supply, logistical support and management of the cadastre and assets.

The Financial and Patrimonial Services department is responsible for:

  • Prepare and monitor the execution of the budget and carry out periodic monitoring
  • Prepare financial reports, ensure work leading to accountability and support the account consolidation process
  • Ensure revenue, expenditure and treasury management
  • Manage acquisitions, including the needs assessment, the preparation of the purchase plan, tender procedures and contract management
  • Manage registration and inventory
  • Perform other activities that are committed to you in the field of financial and asset management

The Financial and Patrimonial Services department includes:
