Objectives
The MSc course in Biomedical Sciences aims to train professionals who can master the concepts and techniques of medicine and molecular biology from the perspective of fundamental or applied biomedical research, technological development or diagnosis. Several courses allow the specialization in areas as diverse as molecular medicine, gene therapy, bio-nanotechnology and regenerative medicine.
At the end of the second cycle, the Masters in Biomedical Sciences will have acquired skills in specific areas of life and health sciences. This shall provide access to positions as laboratory technicians active in the area of biology and medical genetics (research, analysis, diagnosis in the pharmaceutical industry, hospitals and others).
