The degree record certificate attests to the fact that you have obtained your degree.

If desired, you may also request a degree diploma.

The degree record certificate contains information on the date of completion of the course and the final mark obtained, and is accompanied by the diploma supplement which lists the individual disciplines in Portuguese and English.
