Finance and Assets
The Finance and Assets Department exercises its competences in the areas of financial, budgetary, asset management, internal control, as well as in the scope of supply, logistical support and management of the asset registry.
The Finance and Assets Department is responsible for:
- Preparing and monitoring the execution of the budget and carrying out periodic monitoring
- Preparing financial reports, ensuring work leading to the rendering of accounts and supporting the account consolidation process
- Ensuring revenue, expenditure and treasury management
- Managing acquisitions, including needs assessment, the preparation of the purchase plan, tender procedures and contract management
- Managing registration and inventory
- Performing other activities that are entrusted to it in the field of financial and asset management
