The Department of Human Resources participates in the definition and implementation of human resources management policies and best practices, exercising its competences in the areas of recruitment, selection, integration, management and development of human resources at the University, in the processing of its remunerations and social benefits, continuous training, employee performance evaluation, document management and hygiene and safety at work.
