If you are a student at UAlg, you can request any type of certification through the DocumentsNet functionality, available on the Academic Portal. After entering your credentials, choose the “Request Documents” option in the “Academic Activities” menu and you will be able to place your order. This new feature allows ATM references to be automatically generated for the payment of the fees due for the certification you have requested.

After you have paid the necessary fees for what you requested, you can download the document to your computer or send it to someone by email. For the latter you must provide the email address by clicking on “Make document available for consultation in “Request Details of the Document”.

If you are a former UAlg student, you can request any document through the UAlg website under Certification

After you have paid the necessary fees for what you requested, it may be sent to the required address or you may collect it in person from Academic Services, upon presentation of your identity document, or someone else may collect it on your behalf if you provide them with power of attorney.
