Face-to-face service by appointment
The Student Desk will operate from May 4, 2020, preferably by appointment.
You can book the appointment according to the subject (academic or mobility), on a day and time previously set, from 10:00 to 12:00. Avoid waiting lines.
We inform that:
- You must arrive at the Student Desk 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
- The service order will be carried out according to the time of appointment and not by arrival order at the Student Desk.
- Service by appointment will have priority over face-to-face service.
