Conditions of access
Candidates for this postgraduate degree, in order of priority:
1. Holders of a bachelor's degree in the field of Mathematics.
2. Holders of a bachelor's degree with at least 90 ECTS in Mathematics curricular units.
3. Finalists of the degree in Mathematics Applied to Economics and Management (MAEG) at UAlg.
4. Holders of a degree in the areas of IT, Engineering, Physics, Economics, Management and related areas.
Criteria for selection of the candidates
Candidates who meet one of the requirements indicated above will be ranked according to the following criteria, in order of priority:
1. Holders of a bachelor's degree in the field of Mathematics:
a. Classification obtained in the degree
b. In case of a tie, the motivation letter will be analyzed
2. Holders of a bachelor's degree with at least 90 ECTS in Mathematics curricular units:
a. Classification obtained in the degree
b. In case of a tie, the motivation letter will be analyzed
3. Finalists of the degree in Mathematics Applied to Economics and Management (MAEG) at UAlg:
a. Average classification obtained in curricular units in the area of Mathematics
b. In case of a tie, the motivation letter will be analyzed
4. Holders of a degree in the areas of IT, Engineering in general, Physics, Economics, Management and related areas:
a. Classification obtained in the degree
b. In case of a tie, the motivation letter will be analyzed
