For a week, UAlg's new students will be able to enjoy free activities such as visits to museums, rides on the tourist train, surf lessons, bodyboarding, SUP, sailing, canoeing, karate, functional training and kiryu.

On 16 September there will also be a walking tour of the Seahorse Itinerary, which will start at the Gambelas Campus and end at Praia de Faro.

The main aim of these activities is to promote the integration of new students into the UAlg universe, at the same time as they get to know their new city and the various activities they can take part in throughout the year.

All the activities take place within the scope of the Programme to Promote Success and Reduce Dropouts in Higher Education, co-funded by the Direção-Geral do Ensino Superior.
