UAlg holds online summer courses from 5 to 16 July

Aimed at young people who are attending or will attend secondary school in the next academic year, the Summer Courses at the University of Algarve will take place from 5 to 9 July and from 12 to 16 July. Due to the situation caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the courses will take place online, through videoconferences.

Registration, which is already open, runs exclusively online until 7 July and costs 20 euros per week.

The challenge posed by social distance makes it possible, curiously, for everyone to be even closer. Any student, from anywhere in the country or the world, will now have the opportunity to participate in UAlg's Online Summer Courses 2021.

The main objective of these courses is to promote a taste for the different teaching and research areas of the Institution and to help young people in their vocational choice to access higher education.

Between 09:00 and 13:00, the participants will be able to attend the sessions of the course in which they have enrolled, participate in experiments and clarify doubts with the participants.
